GPS, engine hours, odometer, fuel level, and fault codes from your Motive account, flowing into your Torgix asset and maintenance records. The connector is built and in production. We are validating it against a live Motive account before we badge it live, because that is our bar.
Most integration pages tell you two products "work together." Here is exactly what the connector moves, where it lands, and how often.
The point is not the data. The point is what stops falling through the cracks once the data flows.
When a machine crosses its service interval, the PM comes due on its own. Nobody walks the yard with a clipboard, and nobody finds out at 280 hours that the 250-hour service never happened.
The fault lands in Torgix with the machine attached and raised for action, often before the driver has finished the shift. Small problems get caught while they are still small problems.
Hours, miles, fuel, and faults land on the same asset record as work orders, parts, and costs. True cost per hour gets computed from real hours, not the number somebody remembered to write down.
An admin does this once. After that it runs on the schedule you picked.
In Torgix, an admin opens the Integrations panel. Motive is listed under Telematics.
Create the key in your Motive fleet dashboard under Admin, then Developers. It is the fleet API key that works here, not the developer portal's OAuth credentials.
Motive vehicles match to your Torgix assets by VIN and link themselves. Pick your sync schedule and the data flows from there.
The parts of an integration page most vendors leave out. We would rather you know exactly how it behaves before you connect it.
The connector is finished and running in production code. We call an integration live only when a real customer account syncs end to end, and Motive is not there yet. This page will say Live the day it is, and not a day before.
A lower reading from the vendor never overwrites a higher one in Torgix. Your PM clock is protected by design, even if a device gets reset or recalibrated.
Data flows one direction, from Motive into Torgix. Torgix never changes anything in your Motive account.
A vehicle that reports location and hours syncs location and hours. We will not promise you fields your hardware does not send.
Two products, each doing the thing it is best at.
Motive, formerly KeepTruckin, builds fleet management hardware and software: vehicle gateways, dashcams, ELD compliance, fuel cards, and the dashboard behind them. If your trucks already carry Motive hardware, that data is about to work harder.

Torgix is Equipment Intelligence: maintenance, work orders, parts, inspections, and the true cost of every asset, in one platform. Telematics data feeds the maintenance schedule and the cost picture instead of sitting in its own tab.
