How long is the free trial?
The free trial requires no credit card to start. We remind you before it ends, and you only continue if you choose to. Sign up before November 30, 2026 and the Quickstart Pack (normally $500) is free, too.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After your free trial, your account continues at $500/month. We reach out 60 days before anything changes so you're never surprised. You can continue, or cancel with no obligation. No credit card required to start.
What's a "named user"?
Anyone with their own login: mechanics, foremen, dispatchers, owners. The base plan includes unlimited named users. Add the whole crew without thinking about it. No per-seat pricing, ever.
Do you charge for inactive assets?
No. Your plan includes unlimited assets. Archive equipment you're not actively running and it doesn't affect your bill. To track unlimited rentals beyond your included 3, add the Rental Module for $150/month.
What happens when I exceed my limit mid-month?
We don't shut you down. We notify you and prompt you to add the next bump. Your add-on takes effect the day you confirm, and we prorate the rest of the month so you only pay for the days you actually have the higher limit.
Will you raise the price on me?
If we ever change pricing, existing customers get at least 90 days' notice and the option to lock in for 12 more months at your current rate. The base plan is designed to be predictable. No surprise increases.
Can I cancel anytime?
Annual plans run their 12-month term and renew unless you tell us not to (we'll email a reminder 30 days before renewal). Annual prepaid locks in your base plan and all add-ons at the discounted rate for 12 months. Any add-ons added mid-year are billed monthly at the standard rate, prorated to your renewal date. Prepaid is non-refundable for the prepaid period. That's the trade-off for the lowest rate.
Is parts ordering through Discount Equipment included?
Yes. The platform integration with Discount Equipment is included in every plan. You only pay for the parts you order, at the same dealer-discounted prices Torgix has negotiated. The closed loop is core, not an upsell.
What if I need something custom?
