Normal business use, however heavy, is never metered, throttled, or billed. If something ever looks unusual we start a conversation, not a charge.

Why “starting at” if there are no add-ons?
Because one thing sets your price: the size of your operation. Not how many people you put in the system, not which features you want. Every tier gets the entire platform. Your rate comes straight from the published table on this page, and only your fleet size ever changes it.
Will my rate go up as I add equipment or crew?
Adding named users never changes your bill, at any point. Adding equipment changes it only when you grow past your tier line: from that day, the published rate for your new tier applies, prorated, with no penalties and no back-billing. Annual-prepaid customers keep their discount and are invoiced the prorated difference. If your fleet shrinks, your rate adjusts down at your annual renewal.
What counts as a “unit”?
Serialized equipment you track individually: machines with their own service history, warranty, and inspections. Bulk stock like scaffold pipe, fasteners, forms, and shoring is tracked as a quantity line, and a bulk line counts as one unit however many pieces are on it. 500 pipes is one unit, not 500.
Is “unlimited” really unlimited?
Named users, work orders, inspections, and AI Cost Analysis are unlimited at every tier. What's a “named user”?
Anyone with their own login: mechanics, foremen, dispatchers, owners. Every tier includes unlimited named users. Add the whole crew without thinking about it. No per-seat pricing, ever, at any tier.
Do you charge for inactive equipment?
No. Archive equipment you're not actively running and it doesn't count toward your tier or affect your bill. Rental tracking is included too: unlimited rental assets, contracts, and revenue, with no module fee.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial requires no credit card to start. We remind you before it ends, and you only continue if you choose to. Sign up before November 30, 2026 and the Quickstart Pack (normally $500) is free, too.
What happens after the free trial ends?
Your account continues at the tier that matches your fleet, starting at $99/month. We reach out 60 days before anything changes so you're never surprised. You can continue, or cancel with no obligation.
What if I run more than 2,000 units?
The ladder keeps going on the same model. Tell us your unit count and we'll show you your tier: same flat rate, same everything-included platform, sized to your scale. No open-ended enterprise negotiation, no “call for pricing” maze.
Can I cancel anytime?
Annual plans run their 12-month term and renew unless you tell us not to (we'll email a reminder 30 days before renewal). Annual prepaid is non-refundable for the prepaid period. That's the trade-off for the two-months-free rate.
Is parts ordering through Discount Equipment included?
Yes, at every tier. You only pay for the parts you order, at the same dealer-discounted prices Torgix has negotiated. The closed loop is core, not an upsell.
