Guides and free tools on the money side of running machines: what an hour really costs, when a repair stops being worth it, and where the cost hides. Written for the people who own the number, not for search engines. No sign up required for any of it.

| Resource | What it answers | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment Cost Per Hour Calculator | What one machine costs you per hour once depreciation, cost of capital, fuel, repairs and wear parts are all counted, and how badly that number moves when utilization changes. Includes a route mode for cost per stop. | Free calculator |
| Repair, rebuild or replace | Whether a repair quote is worth paying, using the one input most people never ask for: how many hours it buys. Includes a worked example where the answer flips. | Guide |
| What a pest control truck costs, per stop | Revenue per stop is common knowledge. Cost per stop almost never gets calculated. The formula, a worked example, and what a truck going down does to the number. | Guide |
All three are built on the same idea Torgix is built on: a machine's purchase price tells you almost nothing, and its cost per hour, or per stop, tells you almost everything.
Why this exists
Search any of these questions and you will mostly find dealers, who sell iron, and software vendors whose answer to every question is their product. There is good technical knowledge in that material, but very little of it hands you the arithmetic and lets you run it yourself.
These pages do the opposite. Every formula is shown, every default is stated, and every calculator works without an email address. Where Torgix is the right answer we say so at the end, and where it is not, the method still works.
