Your machines, their hours, their maintenance and what they cost, on the Procore projects your team already works in. Dispatch moves and foreman hours come back to Torgix, so both sides tell the same story.
From matching your machines to opening Torgix inside a Procore project, in under a minute.
Real product screens, recorded in a Procore developer sandbox. Figures shown are illustrative demo data.
01 · Your general contractor runs the job in Procore. Your equipment lives in Torgix. Now they work as one.
02 · Connect once, link your projects, and match your machines. Torgix suggests every match for you.
03 · Every linked machine stays current in Procore: status, ownership, and its True Cost rate per hour. Daily hours and idle time go to the Daily Log and Timesheets.
04 · Finished work orders become maintenance records. Turn on Direct Costs, and each month's equipment cost lands as a draft, ready for review.
05 · It works both ways. Dispatch moves and foreman hours flow back into Torgix, and your team can open Torgix right inside Procore.
06 · Torgix and Procore. Included in every Torgix plan.
Most integration pages tell you two products "work together." Here is exactly what moves, which way, and how often. An arrow pointing left means Procore to Torgix.
Equipment is one of the biggest costs on a job. It should not be the part of the job nobody can see.
Hours, maintenance and machine status are entered once, in Torgix. The Daily Log, Timesheets and the Procore Equipment list fill themselves in.
The True Cost rate per hour and a monthly equipment cost draft give the project team a real equipment number, instead of a guess filled in at closeout.
When a superintendent moves a machine in Procore, the shop sees it in Torgix. When the shop fixes it, the project sees the maintenance record. Ask Torgix about any machine right from the Procore project.
An admin does this once. After that it runs on the schedule you picked.
Your Procore Company Admin installs Torgix from Procore App Management, approves the permissions it asks for, picks the projects Torgix may use, and turns on the side panel and full screen views.
In Torgix, an admin opens Integrations, clicks Connect Procore and signs in once. From then on a Procore service account does the syncing, not anyone’s personal login.
Torgix suggests a match for every project and every machine. Save the matches, choose what to send, and press Sync now or let it run every hour.
The parts of an integration page most vendors leave out. We would rather you know exactly how it behaves before you connect it.
Torgix never approves anything in Procore. Direct Costs arrive as drafts for your project team to review, and Torgix will not touch one a person has already approved.
If a superintendent edits or completes a day in the Daily Log, Torgix leaves that day alone and tells you so on the sync log.
Daily hours are worked out from each machine’s engine hour readings plus idle time from telematics. A machine with no readings sends no hours, and we will not invent them.
Torgix never uses your Procore data to train AI. Torgix only sees the projects your Procore admin chooses to share with it.
Every flow on this page works today against a Procore developer sandbox. We are finishing the pilot before we call it available to everyone. Ask to join it.
Two products, each doing the thing it is best at.

procore.comTorgix is Equipment Intelligence: maintenance, work orders, parts, inspections, and the true cost of every asset, in one platform. The equipment side of the job, finally connected to the project side.
