Location, engine hours, and utilization flow from RoviTracker into your Torgix asset and maintenance records every day. Connect with one click, and up to 90 days of engine-hour history comes along with it.
From one-click connect to ninety days of history on the meter, in under a minute.
Real product screens. Figures shown are illustrative demo data.
01 · A tracker already knows where your equipment is and how hard it works. The question is whether that knowledge does anything.
02 · Connect RoviTracker to Torgix in one click. No API keys, no tokens in an email. Sign in, approve, done.
03 · Your units pair up by serial or asset number, and up to ninety days of engine hour history comes in with them. Day one starts with a real baseline.
04 · From then on, every reading lands on the asset record and hours advance your service intervals on their own. Forward only, so the PM clock never runs backward.
05 · Trailers too. Location, device battery, and tracker health for anything without an engine.
06 · The tracker already knows. Now your maintenance schedule does too. Torgix.
Most integration pages tell you two products "work together." Here is exactly what moves, where it lands, and how often.
The point is not the data. The point is what stops falling through the cracks once the data flows.
Rovi units go on trailers, attachments, and anything else without an engine. Those assets get location and tracker health in Torgix, and powered machines add engine hours on top.
Up to 90 days of engine-hour history imports at connect time. Your cost-per-hour and utilization numbers start from a real baseline instead of building from zero.
Hour-based service intervals advance on their own as readings come in. The machine tells you it is due. Nobody has to go read the meter to find out.
No API keys to copy, no tokens sent over email. An admin does this once and the daily sync takes it from there.
In Torgix, an admin opens the Integrations panel. RoviTracker is listed under Telematics.
Sign in to your Rovi account and authorize Torgix. That is the whole handshake.
Units match to your Torgix assets by serial number or asset number, history backfills, and the daily sync keeps everything current from then on.
The parts of an integration page most vendors leave out. We would rather you know exactly how it behaves before you connect it.
A lower reading from the vendor never overwrites a higher one in Torgix. Your PM clock is protected by design, even if a device gets reset or recalibrated.
Rovi publishes an AEMP 2.0 feed (ISO 15143-3), the same standard the major OEMs use. Torgix speaks it natively, and uses Rovi's own API for the parts the standard leaves out.
Use the same identifier on both sides and units link themselves. When a match is ambiguous, Torgix refuses to guess rather than attach data to the wrong machine.
A unit that reports location and hours syncs location and hours. We will not promise you fields your hardware does not send.
Two products, each doing the thing it is best at.
RoviTracker builds GPS tracking and telematics for equipment fleets: wired trackers for powered machines, battery and solar units for trailers and unpowered assets, and the dashboard behind them. If Rovi hardware is on your iron, that data is ready to work harder.
