Torgix runs two MCP servers. One is a free set of equipment tools anyone can use. The other connects Claude to your own Torgix account, so you can ask about your fleet in plain language and get answers from your real records.
Eight tools for anyone who owns, rents or maintains equipment. They use public data and Torgix calculators. They never touch customer data and need no sign-in.
https://mcp.torgix.ai/mcpConnect Claude to your Torgix account. Claude signs in as you and sees exactly what you can see in Torgix, nothing more. Included with every Torgix subscription and free trial. No add-on.
https://app.torgix.ai/mcpTorgix tells Claude to confirm with you before it creates anything, and every change is recorded in your Torgix audit log as made through Claude.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude use outside tools. A server like ours tells Claude which tools exist and what they need, and Claude decides when to use them while you chat.
Any active Torgix user on a subscription or free trial. Each person connects with their own Torgix login, and Claude gets that person's permissions. A technician sees and does what a technician can do in Torgix. Admin-only areas such as users and billing are never available through Claude.
Yes. In Torgix, an admin can switch the Claude connector off for the whole company, see who has connected, and disconnect any one person. Each person can also disconnect from Claude's own connector settings.
Torgix sends Claude only the results of the tools you use, at the moment you use them. How Claude handles your conversations is governed by your agreement with Anthropic. Torgix's own handling of your data is described in our privacy policy.
Both servers use the open MCP standard over HTTPS, so other MCP clients may work. Claude is the client we build and test against.
Customers can find step-by-step help inside Torgix under Help. Anyone else can reach us through the contact page.
